Resizing and Adjustments:

  • If resizing or modifications are needed after production has begun, additional charges may apply.

Inspection and Flaws:

  • We take pride in our work and strive to ensure each piece meets our highest standards. If you notice any issues with your jewelry upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours. While we can’t guarantee responsibility for repairs after this period, we encourage you to reach out, we’ll always do our best to find a solution and make it right.
